Could this album be the one that puts JAY over as the GREATEST RAPPER EVER? So far so good..I haven't heard a track i didn't like yet. I'm hearing that Jay will be dropping his first single off of the Blue Print 3 called "We Run The City" it should be dropping July 24th...Stay tune.
